Accessibility Statement

Ally sells accessibility audits, so we hold our own platform to the standard we measure others against. This page describes our conformance status and how to reach us if something falls short.

Conformance status

This website is designed to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That includes visible focus indicators on every interactive element, full keyboard operability, labeled form fields, AA-level color contrast, respect for prefers-reduced-motion and prefers-color-scheme, and screen-reader-friendly live regions on progress and status updates.

What we test

• Every page is checked with automated axe-core scans before release.
• Keyboard-only navigation is verified on all interactive flows (audit form, dashboard, FAQ).
• Color contrast is checked against our design tokens, not by eye.
• We run Ally's own Pro scanner against getallyaudit.com itself, on the same schedule a customer's audit would run.

Known limitations

Automated scanning (what powers the number above) cannot verify everything WCAG requires — things like whether alt text is genuinely meaningful or whether a keyboard focus order matches visual reading order need a human pass. Our Pro reports pair the automated scan with a 14-item guided manual checklist for exactly this reason. As with any automated-plus-manual process, isolated issues may still exist. We treat every accessibility report we receive about our own site as a priority bug, not a backlog item.
